This Volume additionally discusses liability and compensation for pollution damage.
The second part of Volume II, dedicated to Maritime Security law, includes chapters dealing with piracy; stowaways; human trafficking; illicit drugs; terrorism; military uses of the sea; and new maritime security threats.
